Scroll through to see the updated floor plan and get a sense of this home’s layout. One of the biggest jobs, architecturally speaking, was to strip the house of a lot of faux architectural features that had been overdone in the 2000s. We carved out a mudroom under the staircase and reduced the size of powder room to gain more pantry space on the kitchen side. We removed decorative columns and arches to create a simpler shell and added great millwork and furnishings, to really let the home breathe and shine!
