24.2 in the rear view. Made a few small mistakes but really happy with how it went. I’ll be happy to not hinge so much next week 😂. . Here’s some tips if you still haven’t done 24.2: - Practice your transitions. Well rehearsed patterns help you stay smooth and feel less frantic. - Be casual. The workout gets hard, and probably will earlier than you’d like. It’s easy to panic when this starts to set in and spike your heart even more. Practice having deliberately relaxed body language. Fake it till you make it. This can help you stay smooth and maintain a lower heart rate for longer. .
