Is med school in your future? UM-Dearborn students who have dreams of medical school have higher-than-average acceptance rates, according to new data from UM-Dearborn’s Health Professions Advising office. From 2012 to 2022, 62% of UM-Dearborn graduates applying to Allopathic (M.D.) and Osteopathic (D.O.) schools were accepted. That beats the national average of 41% for M.D. schools and 45% for D.O. schools. Students with a GPA of 3.7 and above had an even higher acceptance rate of 77%. #GoBlue #GoDearborn
