If you’re reading this, it’s too late. The USWNT are champions of the inaugural Women’s Gold Cup and BA made sure to be there to capture the moment. In their first major tournament since last year’s disappointing World Cup performance, the USWNT had a point to prove. The Gold Cup was filled with top teams from CONCACAF and CONNEMBOL as the likes of Brazil, Colombia, and more helped round out the 12-team tournament. The tournament did not disappoint, with many moments that will now be etched into the history books, many of which the USWNT were part of. There was Mexico’s group stage win over the USA and an iconic rain game against Canada.
