Korbin Albert only got her first call-up to the USWNT in November. She then started in 5 out of 6 games in the W Gold Cup. The only game she didn’t start was the only game USWNT lost. Still only 20, Albert can’t drink alcohol legally so she was drinking apple cider during celebrations 🤣 Around last year this time, Albert left college early and signed her first professional contract with PSG, aged 19. It hasn’t always been easy for her in France, but she’s slowly getting more and more minutes. She then got called up to USWNT right after her 20th birthday. It’s been great to see her growth within last 12 months or so, going from a college student to becoming a key player for PSG and USWNT.
