PISTACHIO CROISSANTS🥐💚 Croissants are the most universally loved pastry. I could never get tired of them!! So let’s make a version using my favorite nuts 👀 ✨Ingredients: •1 cup water •1/3 cup sugar •4 croissants •35 gr pistachio butter (l!nked in stories / storefr0nt) •60 gr cane sugar •60 gr almond flour •1 medium egg •chopped pistachios In a small saucepan, bring water and 1/3 cup of sugar to a boil to make a syrup. Cool down. Preheat oven 350°F and cut croissants in half. In a bowl, combine pistachio butter with sugar. Then add almond flour, combine, and lastly add egg to form a paste. Brush sugar syrup on the inside and outside of the croissant and then spread the pistachio paste inside. Close the croissant and spread more paste on top and top off with chopped pistachios.
