New court dates were set Tuesday for Scott Peterson, the California man convicted in the killings of his pregnant wife, Laci Peterson, and their unborn child nearly 20 years ago. The Los Angeles Innocence Project asked a judge to order new DNA tests and allow their investigators to access new evidence.
