In honor of Black History Month, Women in the World Wednesday highlights
#ClaudetteColvin, a 15-year old girl who refused to give up her seat on the bus before Rosa Parks. Because she was young, pregnant, and had a lighter complexion, she didn’t receive the same attention as Rosa Parks, but she still paved the way for the large Civil Rights Movement. Follow
