#part2 So I asked #RichardSchaefer what made him take a huge career change from working at a prominent bank in Sweden to jumping into Sports and Entertainment with #OscarDeLaHoya and #GoldenBoy . It was definitely a “selfish” question because as some of you may know I come from a background of over 11 years in retail banking and finance . What I extracted from him was an inspirational speech about taking risks and going for your dreams , regardless if the people closest to you may think you’re crazy . This was a great interview !
