Every inch of the big Black Sheep Pub in Ashland, from the tall front windows overlooking the historic downtown Plaza to the red United Kingdom telephone booth in the back, is filled with Celtic music Sunday afternoons. A dozen or so musicians form a circle — bowing fiddles, blowing into penny whistles and patting Irish drums — continuing a tradition that’s 25 years old here, but centuries long in Ireland and Scotland.
