Just a few notes:
We’ve all seen workouts like this for years but bear with the notes. There is a lot going on here.
This is going to be painful no matter what you do. But you can’t be an idiot in the first part.
Again, pacing is a must. There are two parts to this workout, but you will only get credit for the entire thing. Some athletes who may struggle more at the advanced second stage will need to send it hard in the first workout and see what they can do afterwards.
For those looking to crush the whole thing, you have to be very careful in the first part. The grip must stay freshish for the second part. That said, you can’t afford to dog it.
This means slow smooth reps keeping your breath under control. But consistently moving in a cyclical manner with smooth transitions.
