It's the time of year when everyone is asking, "what did you do on your summer break?" For some of our Troubies, the answer is spending time gaining real-world experience through internship opportunities provided through the Leveraging Internships For Troubies (LIFT) program launched this year. Hear from some of our students, and the companies that they worked with, about what they learned and why programs like these matter for high school students. And a very special thank you to Hensel Phelps Construction, Sacramento SPCA, @urgentcarenow, and the other organizations that provided these opportunities for our students.
