I've been asked about this a lot over the years. Often when people are working the 7 Baby Steps, they want to make sure they're doing everything in the correct order. That's awesome, BUT you don't have to wait until you've paid off every single debt before you live your life. Big life milestones can be done well with a plan. If you're getting married soon, pause your debt snowball for a short period of time and save up to pay cash for a reasonable wedding. If you find out you're going to have a baby, pause that debt snowball again and put the extra money you would have put on debt into savings. Once the baby is here and all is well, you can throw that extra cash at your debt snowball and keep moving forward. 😊 #debtfreedom #theramseyway
