Way to go, you guys!! Great job! 👏 #repost gibson_22 This week on February/ 22/2021 is the day that I feel like we’ve prayed, worked so hard and waited for. We get to scream “WE ARE DEBT FREE!!!!” This feeling is like none other. We started our Journey back at the end of December of 2018. Here we are 2 years and 2 months later and we finally get to say we did it. It’s been challenging at times, but one thing for sure is it’s brought us closer to God and closer as a family. We’ve said “no” to many things big and small, we’ve downsized, we’ve sold so many things and we are so excited to be starting 2021 off debt free. Getting married so young we started off our marriage in debt and it’s embarrassing how we just made mistake after mistake with money and it was truly a wake up call when we realized how much debt we were in. We paid off and closed out TEN credit cards between the two of us, our Tahoe, SIX student loans, and two personal loans (debt consolidation)!!! We could have never ...
