One of those challenges was $22,000+ in student loan debt that didn’t appear to be going anywhere, anytime soon. BUT, thanks to guidance from daveramsey , chrishogan360 and the rest of the financial_peace_university crew, tric_vallimont and I became “gazelle intense” and made it our goal to be debt free before the end of the year. On December 31, 2020 we made our final payment, bringing our loan balance to $0! It’s an amazing feeling to not owe anyone any money.
