In August 2019 Chad approached me saying he wanted to take Dave Ramsey’s class, Financial Peace University, being offered at our church. I was flat out against it. I hated finances and talking about them. I thought debt was a part of life and there was no way to live without it. Chad was persistent and basically just said we are doing it 😂 I’m forever thankful he followed God’s prompting and did what he knew was best for his family. Taking these classes has changed me forever in all different ways, not just financially. I feel more disciplined, more confident, and definitely closer to The Lord.
