It wasn’t until the end of 2018 where it all hit me that I needed to get my spending and debt under control. Starting in January 2019 I sat down and wrote out all my debt and honestly...that number terrified me. I started brining my lunch to work, being mindful of my spending, worked my side hustles of dog sitting and poshmark selling like it was my full time job and ultimately realized I could do this on my own! I listen to Dave Ramseys podcast every weekday and I love when he compares paying off debt to running a marathon. It’s a lot of hard work and training yourself, but that feeling at the end is unlike anything else!
