This has been a work in progress and I am so thankful to be able to say, I AM DEBT FREE AND OFFICIALLY OWN MY CAR. 2 years ago, I got my Chevy Cruze and what came with it was a very high APR and monthly payment for 7 years. For a while I was making minimum payments and was stressed out about how expensive the payments were. Until one day I watched a daveramsey video and decided to start his baby steps. Step #2 being, pay off your debt. So the past few months I’ve been working my butt off to save money so I could pay my car off and start working the next baby steps. Today I got to do something that i’ve been praying for for a while, I officially made the last payment on my car, $21k paid off within 2 years, 5 years early.
