When Philip asked my dad for my hand in marriage the first thing he said to Philip was, “welcome to the family.” The second thing he said was, “are you ready to take on my daughter’s student debt?” 😂 💸 Thankfully, this wonderful man of mine WAS willing and has worked nights, weekends and any overtime shifts he could get over the past several years to help us get rid of my baggage.
