Great job, you guys!! 🎉 #repost annethenurse Last November we discovered daveramsey on YouTube. After totalling all of our debts, we listed them from smallest to largest in a "debt snowball". Payed off some smaller debts that day. In the last 11 months we have paid off $55,532.22+ whatever interest was accruing during that time. My student loan repayment was due to end in 2034. We didn't want to be in debt that long. We are almost done with baby step 2 but have been looking forward to the day we can finally say we no longer have any student loan debt! It was rough. Got a second job. Worked 60+ hours a week, every week. Cut back drastically on spending. And threw as much as we could at debt. Once the Tacoma is paid off we will be on to baby step 3! Thank you Dave Ramsey for making financial stuff easier to understand and pointing so many people in the right direction.
