For almost 9 years we have felt broke, felt like we were sacrificing and getting no where, felt like the odd ones out with no money to do all the fun things our friends were doing and we got sick of it! So, for the last 6 months we have been broke on purpose! We wanted to be debt free by Christmas and we smashed that goal 4 months early!! We started our debt free journey on Friday, February 1st with $30,308.17 in debt (whoah!) and made our final debt payment on Friday, August 2nd and WOW did that feel AMAZING! . .
