Exactly one year later to the day we are buying a house!!!! . 3 years ago my life was so much different. Wasting money, shopping all the time, buying things just because I could. That all changed when I realized I couldn’t afford what I really wanted, a home. . It took 3 years. 3 years to pay off my car, my husbands car, and both of our student loans. We saved for an emergency fund and then for a down payment. To think that just 3 years ago we thought this day would never come it’s crazy to say it is here. . This journey has taught me so much.
