Way to go! #repost sjosix WE’RE DEBT FREE!!!! We’ve been working extremely hard the past 18 months and have a lot to celebrate this holiday season so we’re shouting it to the roof tops!! On Thursday we made our last and final student loan payment! There were a lot of what Mitch and I call “40 day work weeks” as I added on a second job to work weekends picking up almost every extra shift whenever they needed extra help. We struggled and argued and were burned out a lot of the time. BUT we stayed optimistic throughout this process and we can say we feel stronger as a couple than we ever thought possible knowing that if we can get through this we can take on anything life throws at us. We always outweighed our short term sacrifices for our long term future financial and family goals when we were feeling especially overwhelmed.
