LOVE IT! 👏🚘 #Repost rachiemichele_fitgirl ・・・ We finally started a sinking fund to buy a second car and I wanted to share how cute my car savings tracker is. ✨💵🚗 The plan is to pay cash for whatever we get. No loan, no car payments, no stress. Our last car we bought brand new off the showroom floor with the big red bow on it at Christmas time. It was shiny, new, had that new car smell, and came with 5 years of monthly payments.🤑The take away of that experience for me was that car payments are still due no matter if I am too sick (a whole pregnancy🤮) to work and our income decreases by half suddenly💸- or whatever other life circumstances come up. We’d rather not have our money tied up in a monthly car payment. 🚫It is going to take a while, so it is fitting to have this tracker next to a whole page about patience!😅But I would rather be patient than have payments. We are doing this the daveramsey way: save up and pay cash for our car. Then keep saving and upgrade later. And still...
