Flanked by two world-class museums (calacademy and deyoungmuseum), sits the Music Concourse, a grand plaza built for the California Midwinter International Exposition in 1894. This is the perfect spot to spend some quality #SFoutdoors time. The Spreckels Temple of Music, or the bandshell, was completed in 1899 and has since been home to performances by Pavarotti and the Grateful Dead.
