Have you ever been the ONLY ______ in the room? I will start by saying that I am incredibly fortunate to have a heck of a lot of privilege that helps put me in a position for success. That said, being the only woman in the room is not easy and there have been days in my career where the isolation of being the only lady has hit hard. Here are three ways for us to change that - 1. Push your way to the table, or build your own 2. Bring as much of yourself as possible to the table, so other folx can do the same 3.
