In our Samoan & Hawaiian culture, family is called ~ Aiga & Ohana. Our Polynesian cultures bind us together as one ~ these kids are my Aiga & Ohana. Family. After a COVID-impacted season for my former high school football team, McKinley High in Honolulu, Hawaii ~ myself and our ProjectRock UnderArmour team created customized and programmable ProjectRock gear for our students and coaches. My advice for the my fellow student-athletes of McKinley High... Be the hardest workers in the room. Our challenges in life are opportunities. Don’t let your surrounding be your excuse. Let your circumstances be the REASON. The reason to push yourselves, fight for what you believe in, dream big, kick ass and always lead with our ALOHA SPIRIT. Our MANA is our POWER.
