Post workout shake usually within 10min of finishing my training.
65-70grams protein powder
35grams carbohydrate power
1 whole apple
1 scoop electrolytes
Creatine
Water
Ice
* Don’t over look the importance of getting in your protein/carb/sugar immediately after your workout. It’s that critical time where your muscles will optimally absorb these nutrients after you’ve torn the muscles down from your workout.
Then in about an hour I’ll have my second to last meal of the night - usually a chicken breast & rice with greens 🥬 drink.
Boring, but it gets the job done ☑️
