Meeting 9yr old, Jayda. After our distribution meeting, I stuck around to say hi to the company’s employees. Jayda’s parents told her it was “take your kid to work day” and this meeting was a big surprise to her. It was a surprise to me too and it made my day. She’s so sweet and impressively poised for a 9yr old who is already learning about overcoming challenges. My favorite part about this whole thing was the quiet moment I got to have with Jayda’s father when she walked away. Every guy wants a son, but every guy needs a daughter. Amen, brother.
