Educate yourself about mental health. There are so many resources available online and at your local library.
Support someone who is struggling with their mental health. Let them know that you are there for them and that you care.
Plan a catch-up with friends or family over tea and cake, and talk about mental health in a relaxed environment.
One in four people will experience a mental health problem at some point.
