Happy Friday! I’m back with another cocktail, and this one is super easy. It’s made with Prosecco and St. Germain, which is an elderflower liqueur. Sometimes these are called a ‘Hugo’, and that happens to be the name of my parents’ dog! I had a similar drink on my birthday at a Delray Beach restaurant with my family, and we were all obsessed with them! I’ve been dying to recreate it, and it seems like the perfect time of year for these. These are super refreshing and taste sort of like juice!
