To work with NC State Fire & Life Safety and the Army ROTC who both organized this event to remember and honor the sacrifices made by first responders, the tragedies, the lives lost, and the beauty of God’s saving grace. He who saved lives, who protected those who served and survived. Even though we walk through the valley, in this broken world with death and destruction, I will fear no evil, for my God is with me. My God who is at my side to protect and comfort me. Even with what happened today at UNC, and the fear that students continue to face, God is with us.
