"For everything there is a season, and a time for every matter under heaven: a time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up what is planted; a time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance;" -Ecclesiastes 3:1-2,4 Spring is a season of new things; a time to rejoice in creation, in rebirth. We rejoice for Christ coming down on earth to live among us and to ultimately die and rise again for the sake of our sins. Why won't we spend time in laughter and dancing for the glory of God? There will be times of weeping and pleading to the Lord, but all the more there would be praise and adoration for the Father because of what he's done. I thank God for the blessings he has gifted me. What a joy it is to live for Christ, to be enveloped in his presence and to spread his good news to the nations. We celebrate and thank God for our second birth as a new creation.
