Photos by irablockphoto / As the situation in Myanmar deteriorates as a result of the military coup, I continue to hope for the best for the Burmese people. A couple of years ago I volunteered to work with an NGO, which is involved in educating and helping orphans or children from poor families that cannot feed, educate, or provide health care for them. These services are essential to the well-being of marginalized children in Myanmar. I am concerned that the disruption caused by the coup could adversely affect the humanitarian work being done by multiple NGO's. #myanmar #children #irablock
