She educates chronic disease patients on how to manage their health in order to prevent them from getting COVID-19. She also assisted the center with creating and implementing all the educational material on the virus for patients and staff. Alicia came to the U.S. from Tijuana, Mexico, when she was a year old. Her parents are also essential workers and own a cleaning service, Sandoval Janitorial Services, which has been in business since she was a little girl.
