What do you do at SparkPlug?
• I’m the Customer Success Engineer here at SparkPlug! I bridge the Customer Success team and Engineering team. I handle any deep troubleshooting, receive feedback on the software, and overall ensure customers are getting the absolute most out of SparkPlug! 

What is your favorite thing about working at SparkPlug?
• I absolutely love giving power back to the hard-working salespeople who, unfortunately, get overlooked. I love being a part of the team who acknowledges this hard-work & gives credit to where credit is due!  

How would you describe the SparkPlug team?
• Supportive, ambitious, and down-to-earth. The team is such a good combo of people who are insanely motivated and overall great humans that want to have a good time.
