⚡ Today's SparkPlug Spotlight is Adam Cole, our fearless Director of Operations⚡ What do you do at SparkPlug? • As the Director of Operations, I work with all of our customers as one of their primary support resources, particularly closely with our brand partners. A healthy portion of my focus is delivering a consultative approach to further promote the success of Spark campaigns ensuring we’ve got happy brands, retailers and employees across the country! What is your favorite thing about working at SparkPlug? • I’ve got to pick two. The first, hands down, is the INSANELY talented team by my side I get to work with day in and day out. Next, is the mission. As a retail worker once myself who prides himself on his sales skills then and still today, I wish SparkPlug existed when I was in that role!
