⁣Each January, we pause to honor members of the NASA family who lost their lives while furthering the cause of exploration and discovery, including the crews of Apollo 1 and space shuttles Challenger and Columbia. In 2021, the Day of Remembrance was observed on Jan. 28, the 35th anniversary of the Challenger tragedy. #NASARemembers: ⁣ Apollo 1⁣ Roger Chaffee⁣ Gus Grissom⁣ Ed White⁣⁣ ⁣ STS-51L Challenger⁣ Christa McAuliffe⁣ Ron McNair⁣ Ellison Onizuka⁣ Judy Resnik⁣ Dick Scobee⁣ Michael Smith Gregory Jarvis ⁣ STS-107 Columbia⁣ Michael Anderson⁣ David Brown⁣ Kalpana Chawla⁣ Laurel Blair Salton Clark⁣ Rick Husband⁣ Willie McCool⁣ Ilan Ramon⁣ ⁣⁣ Image Credit: NASA #NASA #Remembering #Heroes #Astronauts #AdAstra
