The spicy kick of a high rye content is balanced by sweet, smooth corn. Matured in 53-gallon barrels, this meticulously handcrafted five-year Bourbon displays notes of brown sugar and maple syrup. Its mellow tannins and complex layers unfold into a finish of buttery oak, toffee and again the brightness of fresh cherries. Wölffer No. 139 Dry White Cider Clear shiny pale yellow in color. Beautiful fresh apple aromas and fine hints of yeast fill the glass. The mouth-feel is elegant with a wonderful light structure and the perfect balance of fruit, vibrant acidity, soft tannins, and a little residual sugar, all magnified by a playful CO2 fizz.
