Prosecco Monforte has a fine persistent froth, white with greenish tints, fruity flavor, pleasantly sparkling with a harmonious and full after taste. Prosecco Monforte is made with Prosecco grapes (also called “Glera”) and made into wine via the Charmat sparkling method Most Prosecco wines are produced in a dry, brut style.
