A Cleveland St. Patrick's Day isn't complete without some corned beef, and there may be no more iconic corned beef sandwich than Slymans. ☘️🥪 The high-piled sandwiches have attracted Clevelanders, famous out-of-towners (such as presidents George W. Bush and Joe Biden and actors Robert De Niro and Al Pacino), and foodies on pilgrimage to the original St. Clair Avenue location since 1964. If Cleveland is the corned beef capital of America, much of that reputation can be credited to Slyman’s Restaurant. On St. Patrick's Day, the restaurant sells 2,000-3,000 sandwiches between pre-orders and the line, so make sure you get in line early. "Dedication from our family has continued the legacy my father started," Freddie Slyman told us in 2020. "God kept us together. You get excited when you think of Slyman’s." 🔗 But Slyman's isn't the only game in town. Visit the link in bio to find more great corned beef sandwiches and a full guide to St. Patrick's Day festivities. 🖊️ Barry Goodrich...
