It’s okay if you feel lonely sometimes. You can even feel lonely when you’re around people. We too feel lonely sometimes. ⠀
But know feeling lonely can lead to poor mental health, so try to advantage of times we feel alone and get outside to do something by ourselves. It’s okay and good to enjoy alone time. ⠀
Try to turn feelings of loneliness into times you seek out your old hobbies or start new ones. ⠀
Use times of loneliness to connect with missed friends or family members, or use times of feeling lonely to exercise and get movement in for the day. ⠀
Oftentimes getting up and getting out can increase endorphins and help give us energy. You may still feel lonely when you get back home, but hopefully you begin to feel better and become more resilient with practice.❣️⠀
