5️⃣ Name five things you can see in this moment.⠀⠀
4️⃣ Describe four things you can feel or touch.⠀
3️⃣ List three things you are hearing.⠀
2️⃣ Try your best to name two smells you are smelling.
1️⃣ Last, describe something you are tasting. ⠀

If you did that, notice how you feel afterwards. Do you feel more grounded? Present in the moment?⠀

We recommend you try this when you’re overwhelmed or thinking too much. Maybe when you’re stressed, angry, or trying to fall asleep but have lots of your mind.⠀
