Unfortunately, my competitive running career has concluded early due to the return of serious symptoms of chronic posterior compartment syndrome. It’s been a modestly unsuccessful past 8 years, but I wouldn’t trade the 6:00 AM Rose Bowl practices, g-d knows how many thousands of miles I’ve run or hours I’ve spent at practices for anything.
