In #JPAC2021 4th installment of the legislative wrap up series we are highlighting AB 1243 - the Elder Abuse and Dependent Adult Protection Act. Sponsored by asmblancarubio this bill helps elders more easily recoup debts after financial abuse, and assists family members of elders to protect their loved ones against physical abuse. JPAC is proud to have backed this bill and thankful for its passage by cagovernor this legislative year!
