The THIRD installment of our #JPAC2021 Legislative Wrap-Up includes a highlight of AB 1126. This bill, sponsored by asmrichardbloom and signed into law last month by cagovernor has established a statewide commission on the state of hate in California. This first-of-its-kind commission will serve to provide communities experience discrimination a voice in the legislative arena - tracking hate incidents, and making policy recommendations to the governor.
