Last week I enjoyed a quick getaway to Paonia, Colorado. About four hours outside Denver, this city is known for its lush landscape vineyards and breathtaking mountain vistas. I had the pleasure of staying @brosshotel, a historic bed and breakfast. Each morning the innkeepers, Suzanne and Mike, create a delicious breakfast for the guests using many local ingredients.
