Register for the Qualifying Round. 3. Prepare to showcase your knowledge and skills! Authors of the top 25-30 qualification round entries will be invited to participate in the semifinals. The top six teams will be chosen to compete in over $18,500 in scholarships and an all expense paid trip to Washington, D.C.
