"I found out about WMSF's Media Plan Case Competition on Facebook and asked a partner to join me in giving it a try even though we knew nothing about media planning. We ended up being finalists, taking our first trip to DC, were we won second-runner up and received $6000 in scholarships! "This competition is an incredible way to learn more about the media industry and to build skills and connections that can launch your career. I have spent so much of my college years dreading the idea of graduating and starting my career. WMSF gave me the skills and connections that have left me more excited for post-grad life than ever before... it helped me get a part time job when I returned to school at the local NBC station. WMSF taught me real-world skills and showed me where I could put them to use in the working world."
