Now that nominations are closed, we are so excited to begin introducing our incredible panel of judges! First up: Dave Marr! Dave Marr is a singer-songwriter based in Athens, Georgia. He released two albums as frontman of the acclaimed alt-country band The Star Room Boys during the late 1990s and early 2000s. Dave's first solo album, We Were All in Love, was released in 2016. He was city editor and film columnist at Flagpole from 2009-2012, and is now communications director at the UGA Willson Center for Humanities and Arts.
